Will soundcore 2 speaker grill develops rust if expose to sea water?

Depends on the material and how long this exposure will.
Normally you should clean the speaker after when spotted with water.

Like most waterproof/water-resistant items… Wash after exposure to sea water.
The soundcore 2 would be ok to quickly dunk in a bowl of clean fresh water (or sink) give it a shake in the clean water and leave on side to dry.

Lol I really thought he is mentioning about closing the port in the networks.
I have been a sailor for most of my life. Every piece of equipment/part/ or component that goes into salt water must be cleaned with fresh water as the salt water will corrode metal rather quickly. With the smaller patrol boats we have the junior enlisted wash the boats every time we take them out of the drink. Make sure you rinse it off real good with fresh water!
