SoundCore 2 not playing audio/working in Windows 7 Laptop. Please Help

Hello,
I got the SoundCore2 and was able to pair with my phone. But I cant pair it with my windows 7 laptop. my laptop is BT 4.2 enabled. I am able to add this bluetooth device but can not play audio. I tried going to playback devices and this does not show up. Pls help

Sounds like a Bluetooth drivers issue
