I’m having problems with my Anker Soundbuds Surge, the headphones turn on and stay in pairing state but none of my devices are able to recognize it (I’ve already tried 2 computers and 2 cell phones), I’ve tried to forget the paired devices holding the volume up and down at the same time for 3 seconds but the result is the same (I’ve done this procedure while it’s pairing up, the blue LED is flashing, I don’t know if it’s the right procedure)
