SoundBuds Sport IE 20 diffrent volume

Hey,
I bought me for Christmas SoundBuds. I’m totally happy with these in-ear-pods. But now I have sometimes for 10 or more days different volumes on each side. Is this normal or I have to contact the support?

I’m using the ear-pods with IOS and Android.

The volume should be consistent between the two earbuds. Please check and make sure there are no equalizer settings enabled on your phone (this is usually found in the Settings > Music area). Also check the earbuds and make sure there is no dirt blocking the sound. Of course, feel free to contact support@anker.com if the issue persists.
