Soundbuds IE20 - Siri not working

Is there a way to get Siri working with the Soundbuds IE20. I’ve even read the manual and tried as instructed but to no avail. Any ideas.
Otherwise I love these earphones, the sound, battery life, pairing speed are all excellent. Great product.

@gavinbsjunk Thank you for your question. To wake up Siri, please try holding MFB for 1 seconds. Sometimes we need to hold it longer to make it work. I’ve repeatedly tried holding the MFB for 1 sec, greater than 1 sec etc but to no avail.

I’ll contract you directly. Thanks for the prompt response.

Just updated my iPhone firmware and the Siri button is now working perfectly. Therefore I can’t blame Anker for the issue!!! Super product.
