SoundBuds Curve stuck with blue/red light, not connecting via bluetooth

I’ve was using the SoundBuds Curve wireless earbuds and suddenly they disconnected from my phone. At first I could turn them off and on but they wouldn’t reconnect to my phone. I tried entering pairing but that doesn’t work. I now can’t turn them on and off and the light on the earbuds stays on but it’s blue AND red.

Does anyone know what’s going on and how to fix this issue?

Sorry to hear that your SoundBuds Curve stopped working. Any purchase of Anker products has an 18-month warranty. I’m sure our great customer service (support@anker.com) has already reached out to you. Please check your mailbox and they will help get you a replacement. :relaxed:
