What is the latest software version for sound core flare?
(I’m dealing with Bluetooth issues. Sound core flare gets disconnected/ stop and have to reconnect it while playing music)
Software version
Download the soundcore app, and the ability to update the firmware is there along with the version
Is the disconnect occurring on more than one device and what device are you using?
Try different sources and check if the issue still shows up.
