The Powerhouse is 120W so not much above USB-PD max. The better answer is for CPAP to make USB powered devices and then for the portable power sector to make high power DC powerbank.
DC-AC to AC-DC is dumb. A portable one is even dumber.
Rumor has it the Powerhouse is discontinued
