Robovac battery

After just 2 months of daily use the battery life has dropped in half. How can I pay for another battery pack?

Hi @billt1111 , if the battery has degraded that much in a short period of time it could be faulty unit and/or charger. I would contact support@eufylife.com with your serial, purchase date and location and any troubleshooting steps you have taken so the support team can assist further.

Why can’t you contact them? I purchased it on Amazon 6 weeks ago.
