Robovac 30c max

I can’t get my robovac to connect to my wifi or to the app. I’ve downloaded the app but it’s not picking up the device on Bluetooth. Any suggestions?

Is your WIFI 2,4ghz?

I have no idea. How do I check? I’m on Plusnet Broadband (no fibre in our village) and use a Sagemcom router.
