2020 UPDATE…THANKS TO ALL THE ANSWERS…HERE IS MY PERSONAL SUPER HIGH TECH SOLUTION :blush::blush::blush::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::
I BOUGHT A 15C MAX … AND I AM SUPER HAPPY. SIMPLE DOES HIS WORK. NO COMPLICATED APPS, NO SPECIAL NEEDS BECAUSE OF OUR 3 STORY HOUSE. I CARRY HIM UPSTAIRS AND HE STARTS HIS WORK WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE HE IS… THAT’S IT.
HAPPY NEW CLEAN YEAR TO EVERYONE :heart::heart::heart::heart:

I would like to buy the new L70 h - but only if is possible to use it in a house with 3 floors . Can L70 store more than one floorplan?

It shouldn’t be an issue as long as u can pick it up and move to each floor

There is no RoboVac being able to climb up stairs.:grin:
So if you carry the robot around ( don’t forget the charging station)
it will work.
Regarding the floorplan you should ask the support indeed.

I canˋt understand why multi mapping is such a problem for those cleaners. There are more people than me who donˋt live in an appartment…:roll_eyes:

That’s correct.

This functionality may be added via a future software update, though.

I don’t trust future updates that well, it might be another version and you get stuck with the old one

I got “old Willy” 11S first generation.
Meanwhile well known here as some of us gave nicknames to the robots.
He has no mapping function and no app.
Works with so called “chaos function”.

We live in a house with 2 floors p. So I carry Willy up and down.
Never had any problems with this loyal slave.:joy:
With such a “stupid” robot you will not have any problems.
Willy is working in our house for nearly about 2 years now.

@Insider @Chiquinho I reached out to Eufy Support for firmware updates for Robovac25C and was told there was no method to update the firmware of the Robovac :frowning:… Though this is Wifi connected device and shows Firmware version not sure why it cannot be updated

Hope this feature is added to Wifi connected models

Yep, RoboVac L70 Hybrid has already received a firmware update!

I never trust in such “updates”.
If the item works as it should I avoid those experiments.
Often those “updates” where leading to downgrades and missfunctions.

:joy::joy::joy:you are right. Sometimes, the simple technical solution is better than waiting for a maybe never coming and never working software update :+1:
And as an always working solution…I can srill use my hands and legs :sponge::soap::broom:
