I am also having this is issue alexa keep cutting off the first one i got always did this and i recieved the second one about 4 days ago it was working perfectly at first now im getting the same issue again. I am on Ios though.

Make sure you got WiFi set to ALWAYS ON ???
If not, that may cause a problem. As once your screen goes off, WiFi goes off.
Im running my viva with an lg g4 or iphone 6. Cant say i have seen that issue yet personally. May be best off emailing support. The pizel 2 did just have a software update so maybe its a new issue.
Roav VIVA always cutting off Alexa response - same problem here. Firmware is 3.2.1 using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. App build is 2.0.0. Any solution?
Anker customer support was unable to resolve the issue and I returned the device.
