Reset Anker soundbuds

I can’t remember they combination of key presses to reset my wireless soundbuds, the volume is too low in one of the buds, any chance anyone knows??

If the volume is lower in one ear,give then a good cleaning as that has shown to resolve this issue. But to answer your question, it’s the volume up and down button that is pressed for 3 to 5 seconds to reset them

Thank you. I’ve already tried that, have had to reset them from time to time to sort out the volume. I just forgot how to do it :slight_smile:
