Remote control replacement

I received the Eufy 11 as a Christmas gift this past Christmas, and absolutely LOVE it. I have one slight problem, my son has broken the back off of my remote, yes it still works, but I’d like to purchase a new one, how do I go about doing so? I cannot find them on any of the websites I’ve looked at including Amazon.

You would be best sending an email to support@eufylife.com , they should be able to give you a price for a replacement remote (if available)…

I think that if you contact the Anker customer service center, you would have a solution
