Problema em conectar meu SoundBunds Sport

Hello, I have a SoundBunds Sport, and recently I can not connect via bluetooth on my cell phone. Before I connected without any problem, and now I can not. I even clicked on the option to forget to try to connect again, but it did not work. And as long as someone asks, it is fully charged. I have already tried connecting to other cellphones and my computer and nothing and appears the option of Anker to connect. Does anyone know what can be happening? Does anyone have a solution? Would you please try holding down both the up and down volume controls until the SoundBuds enter re-pairing mode? This should allow you to reconnect them to your device. If that doesn’t work, feel free to contact support@anker.com for further assistance.
