Anyone thinks that the slide plugs could be interchangeable between these two products?
One biggest drawback of the PowerPort Atom III is the lack of international plug.
If these two models are having the same folding-us plug size, then it is possible to DIY a perfect laptop charger that goes global.

I wouldn’t be doing a DIY anything when it comes to main adaptors, the voltage varies from country to country and can be more shocking 
I would be taking advice from @Insider and the options he’s listed.

I have long argued Anker should make all their wall socket chargers international. Not necessarily bundled but an option in some of the lower cost versions.
They obviously know how to as cited by @Insider
The advantage to Anker is then a global model, less diversity in their products.
Only about 10% USA people visit other countries each year so you’re not going to see a strong domestic USA ask for international plugs, so it really requires Anker to do it themselves for their own reasons.
