PowerExpand+ 7-in-1 USB-C PD Media Hub - USB-C STOPPED WORK WINDOWS 10

Hi,

It was working the 2x USB-C/Thunderbolt port until 03/04/2021 and is not working anymore. I am connecting a USB HUB, I tested the USB HUB in another PC and Laptop, it’s working fine, does not work anymore in the Mini-PC ordered from PCSPECIALIST

The drivers and windows are updated.

Can you help me to fix this issue, please?

I have restarted the PC after turned off and still not working.

Looks like you’ve tried all the obvious tips so contact support

I have contacted the support, also sending the:

  • gather evidence of fault, what you’ve attempted already (yes you did reset etc)
  • proof of purchase, serial number
