PowerCore Speed or PowerCore II 20000 for Galaxy S8?

Dear Anker community,

I’m trying to compare your powerbank products for use with a galaxy S8 and other (slower) usb charged devices.
I’ve narrowed it down to two versions now, which are both 40 euro for me on the german amazon website.

So, what are the pros/cons and differences/similarities between:

  1. PowerCore Speed 20000 *Upgraded
  2. PowerCore II 20000

I found out that:

  1. is slightly smaller and lighter, has 18W input, 24W and 10W output, QC 3.0 and PowerIQ 1.0
  2. is slightly larger and heavier, has 18W input, 18W and 12W output, QC 2.0 but PowerIQ 2.0
Charging time seems to be similar at 5-6 hours? (what is it exactly?)

Still, after finding all of this out, I still do not know which is the best option for my Galaxy S8 and other (slower charging) products. Any more differences between the two products?
What are the differences between PowerIQ 1.0 and 2.0?

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,

Jona.

If I were you, I would choose PowerCore II 20000 because I prefer the materials and LED power wheel versus the Speed 20000, but as you found, they are so similar that in the end it’s not going to make much of a difference.

Oh, and PowerIQ 2.0 is the same as QC 3.0 whereas PowerIQ 1.0 was just a smart charging technology.

Any questions please ask!
