PowerCore+mini 3350 and Sony Xperia XZ3

I can’t get my Anker mini to chage my phone. It’s not a question of cables so I’m stumped.

Well it generally goes without saying that trying a different cable will help eliminate that aspect being the problem. Often times those fail before anything else. Now a quick Google search to see if there are any known issues with that phone charging and a ton of things come up… Might be worth you searching and reading some of the techs suggestions. One that stands out is these:

1.,) charge your device for 1-2 hours using the wallmount charger. if you are experiencing boot loops just ignore it.

2.) if still not powering on, after charging the device, connect to pc and perform software repair using Xperia Companion , your device doesn’t need to be turned on to perform this repair
