Powercore 20100 wont fastcharge

Hey!
My Powercore 20100 wont fastcharge my Phone anymore. The Powercore has 4 lights on. I tested other Cables and an other Phone aswell. My Phone and the other Phone do fastcharge with the normal Charger. Any adwise?

If it ins’t fast charging and you are using OEM or anker cables to charge your device I would contact @AnkerSupport with your serial number/date purchase, what steps you already tried. You can reach them via email - support@anker.com
