Hi @Gabriel_Chan have you tried a reset of the device by looping in the input / output ports?

Take a USB-A to USB-C cable, connect those two ports to the two ports on the Powercore and press the button.

We don’t know if that is the reset for this Powercore, but it was for earlier products.
