PowerCore 10000 PD not charging from ASUS Chromebook

The Chromebook model is an ASUS C302CA with 2 USB-C ports. I’ve tried using both of them while the laptop is plugged into its wall charger, but whatever I do, the 10000PD lights flash twice and then turn off. I tried leaving it overnight but when I woke up this morning it was still at the same level.

It’s possible that the USB-C ports on the Chromebook are not outputting enough power for the PowerCore. Do you have another device that you could test charging with the Chromebook to verify if this is the case?

If you find other devices charge fine from the Chromebook, feel free to reach out to support@anker.com and they’ll be happy to help you further.

Hi, I’ve charged my iPhone 8 and a Mophie powerbank through the port before. I’ll send a quick message to support, thanks!
