anker has done it again. This is a nice, lightweight and reliable wireless charging stand. As opposed to all the terrible Charging Pads that are out there on the market, this Stand makes it so you don’t have to worry about your phone sliding off. That being said, the Stand’s surface, where you place your phone, is smooth plastic. It seems like a different material or just some little strip of padding around the area where your phone goes would have been a good idea. Although it’s been 4 days now and I leave my Stand on my bed, even throughout the night with me moving, every morning my phone is still there and for this review I left my case off, I have an iPhone 8, which is super slick without a case. So, I’m impressed at how well it stays. This is the 5W version. It doesn’t charge your phone super fast, if you want that get the 7.5W version, but it’s perfect for leaving somewhere and being able to just place it on and off when you need to. I will update my review when I try different size cases, but I read one reviewing saying it charged someone’s phone through and Otter Box Defender, which is a thick case!
