Power Port 4 and Qualcomm version

Hi, and apologies if this is answered elsewhere, but I didn’t see it.

I have a Power Port 4, and it doesn’t quick-charge a Samsung Galaxy S6. The phone is compatible with the Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 specification.

I assume then, that the Power Port 4 predates that spec. Does that sound right?

Sorry, I just found the Power Port 4 spec, and it definitely doesn’t comply. Please ignore this post.
