I am using Anker Power Conf Crystal Clear, I love the conference speaker, I updated the firmware to the latest which is 34.72. I use Web-ex extensively , The speaker mute button doesn’t mute the webex. does any one have any idea what am i missing to make it work. I also use Jabra speaker I dont have such issues with Jabra.
