Help!!! Mi parlante no se puede encender , esta con batería pero a la dar al botón de encendido, este no funciona, alguien sabe porque no enciende si el parlante tiene batería?? Soy de Chile :chile: espero me pueda no ayudar, gracias

Is the power button “clean” -> may be it “sticks”.
And you can try a reset.

@carlos.sepulvedt Have you tried charging the speaker with a new cable and wall adapter to ensure it has a full charge?
