Anyone got anything exciting planned for tonight’s festivities?
I myself will prob have a quiet one with the missus and kids. Which isn’t a bad thing as the bank balance is in recovery mode.

I typically go outside to watch something drop at midnight, but it is way too cold this year! So I’m just going to a house party at a friend’s place.

I’m staying indoors, it’s currently -8F degrees with a windchill of -14F so yea I’m not going anywhere. Probably not even gonna watch the ball drop like I usually do and just turn in early. I have to be at work at 5 AM so might as well get rest

Some neighbors of ours are hosting a murder mystery and we were invited to play a part. Never done one before but I am playing Mortie Gauge the shady realtor.

Staying at home with the family. Not that many decent pubs to go and celebrate near us so it’s usually drinks and nibbles to see in the new year

There are a lot of bars down the street from me. When we go to take our dog out for the night, we see all these drunks and rowdy people stumbling back to their car and hope that they don’t actually plan on driving. Therefore, we usually just stay home, where it’s safe. Besides that, we want to save our celebration for my birthday the next day

Thank you. I’m gonna party hard with Apple Cider Hahaha. Not much of a drinker but I’m sure hubby will get me to take a sip of something. I’m more of a 1 sip = floor kind of gal. Total lightweight. Hubby thinks it’s hilarious. Glad I can amuse him from time to time. Anyway, Happy 2018
