Have you tried searching Anker in the search bar? e.g. Gmail and Hotmail have a search bar at the top of the page, It digs emails out of all folders (Mine was in ‘Promotions’ on Gmail)

Sorry to hear that, hopefully it’s just held up and hasn’t processed yet.
Have you checked they have the right e-mail address? It sounds silly but sometimes it’s the simple things that slip through your fingers. (I once thought the TV was broken and spent 10 mins storming around in a huff before realising someone had just unplugged the extension lead)

I’m sooooo excited!
This is a blessing because the BT speaker me and my 2yr old daughter used 24.7 on our 6-7 walks a day…BROKE. Our music has been with us since day one… Something that’s apart of me and my baby…its who we are… I feel a since of missing without it.
Now I have an awesome brand new one coming…
I showed my daught an she yelled "Whoo hoo. Good job mom"

@AnkerOfficial , I did have a question for you that I’m sure some of the other winners would like to know as well.
By any chance will we be receiving tracking information so that we can plan to be around when our packages are supposed to arrive? Having had packages stolen from my doorstep before, I’d love to make sure I"m around when our shiny things are supposed to get here!
