My Anker 2.4G Mouse has randomly connected itself to the Teck Net receiver on another computer

Now I can’t get it to recognise it’s original receiver. I’ve tried switching on and off, changing batteries. Any ideas?

@Lorraine_Thorn From the circumstances you’ve described, I’m sorry to say that on this occasion it appears your mouse is faulty and I’d suggest you contact support@anker.com for your warranty.
