how do you get those emails? i don’t see any emails pertaining to deals…

Question since they are already a % off the Valentine’s sweepstakes where you shoot your arrows and get different offers/prizes can you also use one of the discounts off with the already discounted items? Like if something is already 33% off can I then use a 25% off and one last ? If so can u use more than 1 meaning a 25% off then say a 15% off on an item already discounted?
