Logging in to phone application - bad gateway error

Hi everyone,
I’ve had my cameras, home base, and door switches for about a year now. This is the first time I’m seeing an error when my iphone Eufy app is asking me to sign in (it does so periodically for security?) but…

I’m getting a “Request Failed” bad gateway (502) error now… and cannot log in to see my account or video footage…

Anyone else having such issues? how did you resolve this?

Their servers are down. So much for a system independent of the cloud or whatever.

Yup, having the same issue. Can’t connect and keep getting: Request failed: bad gateway (502)
The missus was able to connect though. Pretty strange. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Same here. Trying to setup my doorbell for the 1st time and cannot even sign in. I am starting to think that buying this doorbell was a bad decision.

Only had this doorbell for 8 days and getting the same error. I bought this knowing cloud storage not required. However, seems peculiar why the doorbell/app rely on a Eufy server?
