Liberty Lite Wont charge

Hello, i just got the liberty lite Ear Buds but they won’t charge at all

  • I made sure there is no transparent sticker on the contact pins
  • Tried to reset them by taking them out and putting them back in
  • tired to reset them by pressing both buds at the same time
  • pressed them down in the charging box wont work
  • Cleaned the pins with cotton swab wont work

Please help they wont turn on at all

Hi @Ahmed_Youssef , sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Liberty Lites. What sort of power source are you using for charging, mains socket adapter etc?

In the first instance I would advise trying a different charging cable and adapter, to rule out if the issue is with the Liberty earbuds or your power source…
