Liberty 2 earphones cant get any sound

I have tried to reset my earphones to no avail ,I went by the recommended solution but still hardly any sound.
any help would be appreciated

@66tbird if you have tried a rest and are still having sound issues, first check there are no obstructions to the earbuds, if so clean with rubbing alcohol. If audio issue are still present (over multiple devices) reach out to service@soundcore.com for additional assistance under your warranty

Hmm my guess is you got a defective pair of buds

Personally I would try to return them or contact Anker support because maybe you have a defective pair. Don’t try to do the hacks on YouTube or anything because sometimes you can end up ruining them more.
