Just got my eufy E Cam

Just got my eufyCam E.
The homebase will not connect to the internet.
The red light flashes, and then it stays solid red?
Any ideas?

In most cases performing a reset on the Homebase should resolve, have you tried this yet? Also do you have any filtering or port blocking in place on your router?

How do you reset it?
There is no filtering out blocking.
I spoke to my internet provider to confirm this.
