In general you don’t return. Email support@anket.com with your order details and serial number, description of your problem, and usually you either resolve the issue or they send a replacement.

In addition to what @nigelhealy has mentioned you can also call (depending on your location) using;

+1 (800) 988 7973 (US)
Mon to Fri 9AM - 5PM(PT)
+44 (0) 1604 936200 (UK)
Mon to Fri 6AM - 11AM(GMT)

Email is normally the best way but can take a few days during busy periods (competitions, discounts etc)
