I recently bought a Soundcore Mini 2 and have it paired with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Until recently the volume usually stayed somewhere in the middle upon pairing after turning it on (around 50%) but now whenever it connects to my phone the volume defaults to zero. I’ve tried turning it off at 50% volume and unpairing to no avail. Is there a way to revert this to its previous behavior (be at 50% volume on startup)?

Regarding the issue you mentioned, we would suggest you try following troubleshooting to see if any help:
- Full charging your speaker
- Reset the speaker by long press Play/Pause button
- Clear that speaker from your Bluetooth’s memory,then test it again
- Please check the volume of the speaker and your phone to make sure both at 50%volume or above
- Try the speaker with another device
