How long does it take for anker direct on amazon to send back an email?

After i returned my soundcore 2 on amazon anker direct sent me an email regarding my return. I sent an email back and after 9 days they still haven’t replied. Just wondering if this wait time is normal

they emailed me first however, so i might just wait for anker directs email back.
