Hello. Is there a notification that is supposed to be sent or some kind of alarm if a HomeBase goes offline? We unfortunately just had something stolen from our porch and naturally I looked through our cameras only to realize there are no recordings for the last few days and the HomeBase is offline. Rebooting the base put it back offline. It might have gone offline when I updated our router firmware recently. Very frustrating that the one time I need the cameras there is nothing there. I guess I need to check them much more often than I do.
HomeBase went offline, is there an alarm or notification?
Unfortunately there isn’t any automatic notification when the Homebase goes offline (that I’ve seen), such as via email or the app but I agree it would be a good feature to have in an update.
