Just purchased the Eufycam E. Connected the Homebase to my router via provided ethernet cable. It first connected then half way through the set up process the Homebase went offline. The light on the Homebase began flashing red and that’s that. I restarted to no avail, switched ethernet ports, changed ethernet cable. Nothing. I removed the Homebase from the app and tried to reconnect but nope, it just constantly flashes red.
I checked my router settings to see if the Homebase shows up, it’s there alright. The light on the Homebase’s ethernet port is also lit up. I tried a reset which was suggested by someone else on the forums. Removing the Homebase from power and pressing the button near the power plug. Didn’t work it just flashes red.
