Homebase 2 WiFi Mac addresses

I am trying to connect my new Eufy Homebase 2 for my Eufy Video Battery Doorbell to my Netgear Router. I use MAC Filtering to secure my network and noticed that the Homebase has "DIFFERENT WiFi MAC Addresses when I connect to my router WiFi SSID or a WiFi Extender connected to the same router??? The eufy Homebase 2 is the only WiFi device that acts this way?
