I got both my earbuds to connect to my iPhone 11 but they won’t play music at the same time

Try a reset on the earbuds and then unpair them and pair them again

Could you please let us know which earbuds you have? Here’s the full list.
Generally, you’ll only pair one earbud to the phone (and the other earbud automatically pairs to the first earbud). Resetting the earbuds should get them back to normal… we’ll just need to know which earbuds you have so we can get you the correct instructions.
