Great Deal on ROAV C1 - $33.99 - anyone using this product?

Pre-owed ROAV C1 for $33.99 on anker power deals page:

I am SO CLOSE to buying this, Has anyone else used it,a nd if yso would you recommend it?

Specifically, I am wondering if I could use the built-in wifi to play games between two devices, For example, could I enter a minecraft world on my son’s ipad from mine if we were both connected to this wifi? I have done this on other non-inernet connected wifis before. Just wondering if that would work on the C1.

I had Roav C1, it is a great dashcam, does what it says, compact. Wifi connection to iPhone works well, though the access to videos takes a long time. Have not tried connecting multiple devices at once, to work like kind of a Wifi Bridge / Router.

There are lot of other devices, if you just need a Wifi Bridge. Use the C1 for Dashcam and get a dedicated travel Wifi router for games connectivity. Let me find the thread where we discussed it and post it shortly.

I would go for it. The price it’s not bad and if it doesn’t work like you want it, you can always send it back
