Got Anker soundcore yesterday! Today tried to connect, but not turning off! it's been 5 hours now turn on. Power button and Bluetooth button are Lights. While charging , that lights also lights. What happened to Soundcore? any idea to turn off
Try pushing and holding the on/off button. Mine takes about 3-4 seconds of holding to turn off.
Mine stays on if the phone is connected via bluetooth. Once disconnected it shuts off after 10 minutes or less. Try pressing the power button for 3 seconds or do a 1 second press. I’m not sure on your device how the button works. On the Boost its a quick 1 second press.
it doesn’t works!! i hold for 30 or more seconds!
I drained battery and now it’s working fine!!
