Hi Guys,
I am having an issue with Geofencing on my battery doorbell/chime. I share the devices with my wife who is also an admin user. When I leave the zone and my wife is at home the Geofencing activates and de-activates straight away, which is fine as my wife is at home. Now when we both leave the zone together it does the same thing and doesn’t register that she has also left the zone. I have looked at power setting on both phones and everything seems fine. Could it be some sort of Wifi setting that does allow updates while on mobile data?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
