Hello, I’ve had a hard time getting this pre-filter in, too. Unfortunately one of the little handles just snapped off as I was trying to get it back in. Does anyone know where to get a replacement of just the pre-filter? I fought a replacement kit that includes the other filters and extra brushes, etc. but it doesn’t have the pre-filter.

Prefilter ? Is this the black piece of foam?
You could take everything which is similar.
I have done this, because I lost mine.
