Fastest possible charging Xiaomi mi 9t

Hi guys,

I am thinking about buying the Xiaomi mi 9t, and I would like to use it’s quick charge 4.0 to its full potential. The device is charged through USB-C and as mentioned before has quick charge 4.0. I only need a one-port charger so if the costs could be put down a bit by only having one port this would be great. I’m from the Netherlands so we use socket-type C & F here, something to keep in mind I guess. Also, I’m not really sure what’s the matter with the power delivery (PD) chargers, is this faster or less fast than other charging methods? I need a cable and a charger, any suggestions?

You’re going to want an 18W USB-C PD charger. Quick Charge 4+ supports USB PD. And USB PD is way more common than a QC 4+ charger. You can also go above 18W, but it won’t charge the phone any faster.
