Failed to request. (20022)

In Windows, Firefox, Edge and Chrome. Since one week ago, friday 7 may, 2021, in webb https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera, I can not connect to cameras. Only black screen with text: Failed to request. (20020). Tried in other computers too with same result. App in Androidphone is OK.

Please !, Can anyone help me out

I have the same issue. Spoke with customer service rep today (5/10/2022) who advised me to clear cache. I did but it didn’t solve the problem. She then put me on hold for several minutes and then disconnected. I’m hoping someone comes up with a solution.
