I just bought NEBULA CAPSULE 2 , BUT IT FAIL TO UPDATE THE NEW VERSION
Try doing reboot the nebula capsule 2 & recheck/download the firmware.
Hope this will fix the issue.
I get the same issue. Every time I check for a system update or firmware update I get a dialog box that says “Latest version check failed.” This happens after a power cycle as well. Could be server down, I dunno. But it’s at least been happening since last night through today. Same steps worked just fine a while back (and on every other Android TV I have).
I do as well. 1st unit updated fine on Sunday. 2nd unit just got unboxed. So I assume its a server side thing. I have put a support ticket in.
Potentially related, but maybe not: I cannot cast to it–attempts from multiple devices eventually time out. The device has connectivity, though, and apps themselves update just fine even after the first time I got the “Latest version check failed.”
