I was an original investor in eufy cameras. I bought a large package and installed everything in November 2018. Since then I’ve had two cameras fail. They cannot be recharged or repaired. They are not covered under warranty. I think, for what they cost, a camera should last more than 3 1/2 years. Not sure whether I’ll continue to invest in their products or move in another direction. I’m just very disappointed.

@Himrich, They have the same warranty as most other but I do concur on that it should be lasting longer. I think that I would try what @Chiquinho has stated depending on when the camera when out of warranty. If it is close, I think they may work with you. I know others have stated a few times that they did get some help from it. If the failing was like several years ago then I think you may be out of luck.
Contact support and explain what happened. Maybe you can reach a satisfactory solution
