EufyCam still not marked as shipped

My EufyCam order has yet to be marked as locked, charged, and shipped. I live in the US, and I only got 2 cameras and the base (plus some door/entrance sensors).

Hi @blase.zinck sorry to here you haven’t received your order yet. I would suggest to contact Eufy directly on the platform you ordered through for a faster response or send an email to support@eufylife.com…as its the weekend response time won’t be until Monday at the earliest…
